The Rev. Fr. Dean Steward, SSC

    Fr. Steward was born in Huntington, NY, the son of Richard and Jean Steward.  After graduating from Northeastern University, Boston, he studied at Columbia University, New York, and then taught history and religious knowledge at Sebei College in Uganda.  There he sensed a call to Holy Orders and so upon his return to the United States, he attended the General Theological Seminary in New York.  Graduating with a Mastes of Divinity degree in 1975, and then moved to New Hampshire.  Eventually he assited in the establishment Anglican Churches in Conway, Charlestown, Amherst, Hoderness, Concord and Salem.  Moving to Florida he now serves Christ Anglican Church in Ocala, Fl and St Lukes a new mission located in the Villages, Florida.
